This is a short video that shows the 3 variations of a vinyasa flow. Vinyasa is a method of yoga in which breath is synchronized with movement. Vinyasa is derived from the sanskrit words “nyasa” and “vi” which mean “to place in a special way”… as in notes in a composition or linking one yoga pose to another.
A Vinyasa flow is a moving meditation.
None of the 3 ways is better than the other. Choose the one where you feel the strongest.
Vinyasa flow yoga works on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels to connect the mind with the body to relieve stress and anxiety. The vinyasa breathing method helps quiet the mind. When you are balanced and centered, think of how much better life is.
