Early Morning Yoga Practice

Start your morning well with a centering yoga practice. This class combines mindful breathing and a thoughtful sequence of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending and inversions - with many suggestions for modifications, suited to how your body feels today. Final resting pose, savasana, is enhanced with lavender infused eye cover and a guided relaxation.  Feel focused and energetic for the rest of the day! Open Level. 

Late Nite Yoga Flow

Wednesdays | 9:30 pm - 10:30 pm

This class is geared toward the overworked professional, insomniac, or parent in need of burning off the extra energy of the day. This challenging vinyasa flow class will focus on breath work, movement, alignment and clearing of the mind. Leave feeling relaxed and ready to melt into bed for your night’s rest. Open Level.
